The brand, known for its ‘traditionally inauthentic’ ramen, is taking up residency at food hall Arcade in Tottenham Court Road following a series of pop-ups and supper clubs.
Dishes on the menu include roast chicken and corn ramen; and maple glazed pumpkin and chilli crunch bowl; as well as small plates will include heritage tomatoes, ponzu vinaigrette and fennel seed furikake; and fried chicken with apricot glaze and white sesame.

Supa Ya Ramen was founded by chef Luke Findlay and started out life back in 2019 as a weekly ramen supper club hosted in Findlay’s own kitchen.
It later opened sites in Dalson and Peckham, but both have since closed, with Findlay promising last year that his ramen would return.
“Everyone who has ever come in for some noodles we love you and it won’t be the last time you’ll be able to dunk your head in one of our bowls of soup,” he said at the time of the closure of his Dalston restaurant.
“We’re going to take some time to reflect and reenergise to come back bigger and better so keep your eyes peeled for future projects.”
Supa Ya joins other brands at Arcade Tottenham Court Road including LA-style smash burger concept Manna; the Middle Eastern Shatta & Toum; and Indian fast food brand Hero.
