All-day breakfast brand Eggslut is making its foray outside of the capital with a move into Manchester.

Opening at the end of January next year, Eggslut Manchester will be located in Centurion House on Deansgate close to Manchester town hall and Spinningfields’ shops and restaurants.

The Manchester restaurant will serve EggSlut’s menu that includes its classic bacon, egg and cheese; the Fairfax - a soft brioche bun loaded with soft scrambled eggs, caramelised onions, chives, cheddar and sriracha mayo; and truffle hash browns as well as newer additions such as the pork romesco - crispy pork belly, romesco sauce and an over-easy egg.

It will also serve the brand’s newest menu addition of French toast sticks served with a maple custard.

“Manchester has been crying out for an Eggslut for too long, and we were only too happy to make that dream a reality,” says Pedro Ribeiro, Eggslut’s head of operations.

“The city is the perfect place to bring our kind of breakfast to a brand new area of the UK and we cannot wait to join such a fast-paced and buzzing food scene.”

Eggslut made its UK debut at Taste of London in 2019 before opening its debut permanent location on Portobello Road later that same year.

New openings have since followed in Fitzrovia, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, Stratford, Market Halls Victoria and Canary Wharf.
