Permanently Unique Group has set a March launch date for the London iteration of its Greek-Mediterranean dining concept, Fenix.

Revealed in late 2024, Fenix Mayfair follows the launch of the original Fenix restaurant in Manchester’s St. John development in 2023.

Fenix Mayfair will offer a sharing-concept menu led by head chef Zisis Giannouras, focusing on “innovative plates inspired by Greek traditions and Mediterranean flavours”.

Fenix Manchester (pictured above) is one of Manchester’s most high-profile restaurants and also one of its largest, spanning around 8,500 sq ft, with approximately 150 covers in the restaurant and a further 50 in the bar.

Permanently Unique is operated by brothers Adam and Drew Jones and is also behind modern Chinese concept Tattu and Italian American restaurant brand Louis.

Headquartered in Manchester, the group currently operates seven restaurants in the UK and a further site in Dubai.

Further expansion is planned, with the brothers soon set to bring Louis to London.
