All-day Hong Kong café HOKO will bring its signature bowls of wonton soups to the food hall on 30 January. The bowls comprise egg noodles with chicken and pork broth, topped with and-wrapped wontons (prawn and pork, beef brisket and tendon, or tofu and king oyster mushroom) and finished with yellow chives.
HOKO, which has built a loyal following on Brick Lane, initially began as a specialist in Hong Kong milk tea back in 2021 before evolving into a diner.
Joining it will be Spanish brand Bask Street Boys, which graduated from KERB’s inKERBator programme in 2024. The trader is known for is taloas (handmade cornflour galettes) and will serve a menu of Spanish tortillas made with Basque ingredients such as txistorra (a paprika-spiced pork sausage from Spain’s Basque Country) alongside a rotating selection of pintxos, cold cuts, cheeses and gildas.

The third trader to join the Covent Garden food hall will be Masa Tacos, which will serve a range of house-made tortillas filled with options that include slow-cooked barbacoa beef, grilled chicken, portobello mushrooms and other rotating specials.
The menu will also feature burritos and rice bowls.
Masa Tacos recently completed a residency at KERB’s Corner Corner venue in Canada Water.
