The new site will introduce a build-your-own breakfast offer for the first time. Bases will include buttered toast and baked saffron beans, with toppings such as Burford Brown eggs, smoked Chalk Stream trout, orchard-glazed ham hock, mini chorizo sausages and hash browns.
Alongside custom creations, P.Y.O. will launch a range of signature breakfast bowls, including British classics such as beans on toast, the farmhouse breakfast, and eggs royale.
Grab-and-go options such as hot porridge with apple and tahini, chilled oats, choc-cherry chia pudding and freshly baked cookies will also be available.
Completing the offering will be a drinks selection of smoothies, cold-pressed juices and a full coffee and tea menu.
P.Y.O.’s salad and lunch offering will remain at the heart of the new site, with the brand’s fully customisable bowls using regeneratively farmed meats, rotisserie chicken, Scottish salmon and seasonal British vegetables.
Following on from its debut site on Mark Lane near Fenchurch Street, P.Y.O. will continue its focus on quality ingredients and organic produce made fresh in-house.
Inspired by earthy tones and agricultural influences, the interiors feature oak finishes, terracotta details, and glazed tiles.
Set across two floors, P.Y.O. Broadgate will include a mix of communal tables, banquette seating and high tops and seating for warmer months which sit alongside planters growing fresh vegetables on the terrace.
