Taking over Kitchen number eight at the Liverpool Street food hall, the limited-time concept will mark the first time Federici’s plant-based Italian dishes will be available to the public in a dedicated dining space.
Announced by the chef last month, Giuseppe’s Kitchen serves a plant-based menu that includes pasta dishes topped with meatballs, pistachio pesto rigatoni, and sides such as Sicilian fennel slaw and garlic parmesan fries.
For dessert, guests can try his viral tiramisu creations, including the pistachio matcha tiramisu that gained millions of views following his collaboration with JENKI in 2025, alongside rotating weekly flavours such as Biscoff and hazelnut.

“I’m so excited to be taking on my most ambitious project to date and share my most-loved dishes in-person for the first time,” says Federici.
“Since my Nonna’s family-owned restaurant closed down when I was very young, I’ve always known that one day I would love to take on the challenge of opening my own.
“I’m absolutely buzzing to be working with BOXHALL City to bring this vision to life and to launch ‘Giuseppe’s Kitchen’.”
With more than one million followers across social media, Federici rose to prominence in 2022 sharing elevated yet accessible home-cooking videos alongside his Sicilian Nonna, Marianna. He has since been named Fortnum & Mason’s Content Creator of the Year, and released his bestselling cookbook Cooking with Nonna in 2024.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Giuseppe to BOXHALL,” says Luther Dyer, general manager at BOXHALL City.
“His passion for bold, plant-based cuisine and fresh, innovative approach to vegan cooking makes him an exciting addition to our growing line-up. Giuseppe’s vision perfectly complements BOXHALL’s dynamic food offering, and we can’t wait for guests to experience his flavour-led dishes.”
Giuseppe’s Kitchen opened on 16 March and will run for six weeks.
