Positioned close to Tottenham Court Road station, the new restaurant will be the Vietnamese restaurant group’s fifth site in the capital.
The new 2,500sq ft site will have space for 60 diners, and offer a range of rice boxes, pho, noodle salads, Bánh mì, and a selection of small plates and drinks.
Customers will be able to order via in-store kiosks or by scanning a QR code at their table.
“We’re incredibly excited to be opening on Tottenham Court Road, bringing HOP to such a vibrant and buzzing part of London,” says Paul Hopper, Hop founder.
“Our mission has always been to share the freshness, vibrancy, and natural goodness of Vietnamese cuisine, and this new location allows us to reach even more people.
“As we continue to grow, we remain committed to delivering authentic, nourishing food in a fast and accessible way, while staying true to the culture and inspiration behind HOP.”
Hop operates London restaurants in London Wall, St Pauls, King’s Cross and West One Shopping Centre as well as in Manchester’s Trafford Centre and on Market Street. It plans to open more sites across the UK by the end of 2026.
