US fast-casual brand Rōti Modern Mediterranean now has a presence in the UK with the establishment of three London kitchens.

The Chicago-born brand has opened kitchens in Kentish Town, Shoreditch, and Nine Elms with its food available to order on Uber Eats.

Rōti Modern Mediterranean serves customisable bowls, salads and wraps made with Mediterranean flavours, spices and fresh ingredients. Options include a hot honey harissa bowl; mezze protein bowl; salmon and kale bowl, and skirt steak and brussels bowl as well as a Roti Greek salad and a selection of wraps and pittas.

To mark the launch, Rōti is introducing Global Rōti Day on 19 May, a new annual event that will feature a buy one, get one free offer across all bowls.

Rōti Modern Mediterranean was founded in 2007 in Chicago and acquired by Edible Brands in 2025.

“What makes Rōti work is simple: bold flavours, real hospitality and consistency,” says Matthew Walls, president of Edible Brands. “We’ve seen strong momentum in the US, and London is an exciting next step for the brand as we introduce our modern Mediterranean offering to a new audience.”

“Rōti is resonating strongly with guests who want flavourful, better-for-you food that fits into their lifestyle,” adds Somia Farid Silber, Edible Brands CEO. “Launching in the UK allows us to bring that experience to one of the world’s most dynamic food markets.”
