Healthy food brand Farm Girl is launching a crowdfund to support the opening of its fourth location.

The London-based group, which operates sites in South Kensington, Notting Hill and Paddington has secured a site on Mayfair’s South Molton Street that is expected to open later this year.

It has signed a 15-year lease with the Grosvenor Estate on what it says is the West End’s largest pedestrianised street, with the largest F&B unit, and has secured a six-month rent-free period and a £125,000 landlord contribution.

Farm Girl was founded by Rose and Anthony Hood in Notting Hill in 2015. It now operates three sites delivering £3.5m net revenue and £448,000 group EBITDA for year ending March 2026, according to the company.

To help fund the Mayfair launch, the Hoods are looking to raise funds on investment platform Republic Europe.

“After years of feeding our beautiful community across South Ken, Notting Hill and Paddington, we’re getting ready to open the doors to our fourth Farm Girl, in our dream location - Mayfair. And we’re inviting you to be part of it,” the founders say.
