The group has just opened Puffy Mayfair, a 12-cover site on South Molton Street, which will be followed this week by the opening of a Junk in Junk Spitalfields. The 45-seat site will bring together both Junk Burgers and Puffy Cookies under one roof.
Later in the year, Junk Group will continue its London rollout with standalone Junk and Puffy sites in Covent Garden.
The menus at the new sites will remain consistent with the existing offer, with a tight range of burgers on offer at Junk and a signature range of seven cookie flavours, including Chocolate Duo & Peanut Butter and White Chocolate & Matcha at Puffy.

Founded by entrepreneurs Majed Mansour and Wissem Ben Ammar, the brand made its UK debut in 2024 with a site in Soho for Junk and opened a second restaurant in Marylebone the following year. Last year it also opened a permanent Puffy site next to its debut London restaurant on Old Compton Street.
“We’re excited to continue expanding Junk across London,” says Ammar.
“Opening new restaurants in iconic neighbourhoods like Covent Garden, Mayfair and Spitalfields is a major step for the brand. Each area has its own energy and culture, and we’re proud to keep growing in a city that continues to inspire us every day.”
