The Soho House founder will open Café Clement on 16 June.
The restaurant will feature bar seating, tables, booths, a south-facing terrace and garden square.
The menu will be inspired by Bohan’s 25 years of experience working with the likes of chefs such as Rowley Leigh, as well as River Café founders Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers.
Café Clement will be part of Jones’ new St. Clement Hotel, his first hotel project outside of Soho House, which he left in 2022. The hotel will have 90 rooms and 15 suites as well as late-night venue Bobbi’s Bar and is part of part of the 180 Quarter development.
St Clement hotel will open officially in September.
