McDonagh joined White Rabbit Projects in January 2018 and took on the role of managing director of Lina Stores, which is part of White Rabbit’s portfolio, at the same time.
During her time with the business, she led multi-brand operations across the UK and international markets and was responsible for leadership across operations, marketing, brand, people, and financial performance.
She also oversaw the growth of the Lina Stores to more than 21 locations, including restaurants across the UK and franchise operations in Japan.
“Following eight highly rewarding years, I’m stepping away from my role at White Rabbit Projects,” she says.
“It has been a privilege to be part of the business from its inception, helping to open more than 60 restaurants and hotels across the UK and internationally, and supporting the growth of a team of over 1,300 people.
“My sincere thanks to Chris Miller for the opportunity and partnership over the years. “I leave with a deep respect for the people and brands that make this business so special, and huge excitement for what comes next.”
