The all-day dining brand will open Coppa Club London Bridge at a prime spot between Tower Bridge and The Shard, with views of Tower Bridge, on 23 July.
Set across two floors, it will have a wraparound riverside terrace and has been designed to evolve throughout the day, serving breakfast and coffee through to lunch, afternoon drinks and then dinner. Inside, the ground floor is anchored by a marble-topped bar, dark tiled columns and a mix of lounge seating, dining tables and flexible workspaces.
The opening builds on the success of Coppa Club Tower Bridge, located directly opposite on the north bank of the Thames. Since opening, it has become one of the group’s most successful venues.
It joins locations in the capital in Putney and Marylebone as well as its sites in Berkshire, Surrey, Brighton, Bristol, Somerset, Wales and Henley-on-Thames.
“Few locations in London combine the energy, footfall and iconic surroundings of London Bridge. Having built one of our most successful venues opposite Tower Bridge, we know the area incredibly well and have long believed there was an opportunity to create something special on the south bank,” says Mark Loughborough, chief executive officer of Coppa Collective.
“With unrivalled views of Tower Bridge, a stunning riverside terrace and a location at the heart of one of London’s busiest neighbourhoods, this will be one of the flagship venues in the Coppa Club estate.
“We’re incredibly excited to bring Coppa Club to London Bridge and to continue investing in London as we grow the brand.”
