The creatively-named brand says is concentrating the first phase of its franchise growth on London, Edinburgh and ‘two other major UK cities’ as it looks to expand across the UK.
Pablo Eggsgobao was founded in 2020 by Emma Dent and operates six sites in Edinburgh, Sunderland, Newcastle and Whitley Bay. It serves a short menu centred on breakfast bao buns and hash browns, alongside a range of hot coffees and iced drinks.
Setting out plans for the group’s next stage of growth, Charlie Mander, chief operating officer of Presman & Colard, which is working with Pablo Eggsgobao, says: “We’re already receiving a huge number of applications from across the country.
“The level of interest so far has been incredible, and it’s exciting to see so many experienced operators wanting to be part of the journey.
“Pablos has created something genuinely different. From its signature breakfast bao buns to premium coffee and a brand that’s taken social media by storm, it’s easy to see why there’s so much excitement around this opportunity.”
