Hall, who has more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, will temporarily lead day-to-day operations in the absence of Christobell Giles, who is away from the business on maternity leave.
His previous director roles include three-and-a-half years as operations director at bowling group All Star Lanes, before moving to Gaucho, where he became managing director in 2013.
He is experience also includes director of restaurants at Ennismore, and holding executive director and chief development officer roles at Drake & Morgan during a seven-and-a-half-year tenure at the bar and restaurant group.
