It says the acquisition marks a significant expansion of its hospitality portfolio and strengthens its position in the central London dining scene.
Backed by Cain International, the deal will see Brava take ownership of all three Riding House Café restaurants, bringing a proven and scalable all-day dining concept into its portfolio.
The estate includes Riding House Fitzrovia, Riding House Bloomsbury, and Rail House Victoria.
Brava says the acqustion supports its strategy to grow formats that serve guests across multiple day-parts and occasions – a model that continues to show resilience and demand across the capital.

Founder of Riding House Café, Adam White, will continue as non-executive director, ensuring the brand’s identity remains at the forefront.
White is notable for being among the first to really capitalise on the all-day dining opportunity in the capital.
He launched the Riding House Café group in 23 years ago with The Garrison Public House in Bermondsey.

All existing restaurant teams will remain in role, maintaining continuity for both staff and guests. Brava and Riding House Café say they will work together to scale the brand while protecting the character that has defined its 23-year legacy.
