Salad bowl concept Atis is making the move into breakfast in what it describes as ‘a huge moment’ for the brand.

Launching next month, the breakfast menu will roll out in three phases. First to launch is St James, Atis’ newest site, launching on 3 August, followed by four further sites, Long Acre, Moorgate, Nine Elms and Canary Wharf, from September onwards.

A full estate rollout will then follow in 2027, bringing breakfast to all Atis locations across London. Each phase of the in-store rollout will be matched by a launch on Deliveroo.

Breakfast items will include a build-your-own yoghurt bar, with customers able to create their own pot from a choice of bases, toppings, crunch and drizzles, with grab-and-go options also available, including mango, matcha chia and coconut yoghurt; mixed berries, tahini granola and Greek yoghurt; and almond butter and strawberry overnight oats.

Other options will include Finnish rye toasts with topping such as smoked salmon with cream cheese, slicedr red onion, dill, capers and everything bagel seasoning; and heirloom tomato with charred scallion cream cheese, sliced red onion, capers, olive oil, flakey salt and cracked black pepper.

Described as the brand’s biggest move yet, Atis says the breakfast launch is part of a bigger push this year to provide more value for customers across every eating and drinking occasion.

“This is a huge moment for us, we are finally able to offer our customers even more as we push into breakfast for the first time,” says Atis co-founder Phil Honer.

“This year has been all about putting our customers first, giving them the best and most complete experience we possibly can. We want atis to be the first thing people think of, whether that’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, and expanding into new dayparts is a massive part of making that happen.”
