The new 24-cover restaurant opened in Leamington Spa site this month, serving the brand’s signature menu of burgers, loaded fries and wings.
Founded in London in 2019, SoBe (short for South Beach, Miami) was conceived after founders Tom Ducker and Alex M fell in love with smash burgers on a trip to Miami.
The brand, which claims to be the UK’s fastest-growing burger franchise and the country’s fourth-largest burger franchise, currently operates 229 sites and says it serves more than 9.4 million burgers across the UK through its delivery network.
The expansion is driven by growth platform Sessions, which identified the location as a prime dine-in site after its delivery data demonstrated strong delivery growth in the area.
