Hide’s Josh Angus will be joined by Aktar Islam of Opheem, Jean Delport of Restaurant Interlude, Adam Smith of Woven by Adam Smith, Spencer Metzger of Row on 5, Ricki Weston of The Dining Room at Whatley Manor, Rafael Cagali of Da Terra and Mare, Martin Carabott of Gravetye Manor, Tom Barnes of Skof and Lisa Goodwin-Allen of Northcote.
Each chef will contribute a dish to a ten-course menu. The evening will also feature a live auction to raise funds for food education charity Prept.
Tickets cost £550 per person, including an aperitif, wines and tea or coffee.
The organisers say dietary requirements cannot be accommodated.

Founded by Jessica Aggarwal and Dan Wade, Prept runs hands-on food education programmes to help young people develop cooking skills and knowledge.
Launched at the end of last year, its nationwide Collabs series followed the charity’s Sussex Showcase dinners, which paired Sussex chefs with leading chefs from elsewhere in the UK.
