KORE by Foster Gamko has been developed to provide straightforward, dependable refrigeration for the day-to-day realities of busy kitchens, bars and food service environments, according to the company. The range includes a one-door cabinet; two-door and three-door storage counters; and 5, 6 and 10 level capacity blast chillers.
A two-door cabinet and a slimline cabinet are also being added to the range soon.
Rather than simply focusing on the equipment itself, the range has been designed around how refrigeration is actually used in a working kitchen, helping operators save time, improve workflow and make every day tasks easier.
The one and two-door cabinets feature self-closing doors, helping prevent doors being accidentally left open during a busy service and reducing unnecessary loss of cold air to support temperature stability and helping the equipment operate efficiently. The one-door models achieve energy efficiency grades of B for refrigeration and C for freezing, while the two-door models achieve C for refrigeration and D for freezing.

The blast chillers feature a touchscreen interface to help staff spend less time navigating controls and more time getting on with service and controls and information are positioned with the operator in mind, helping staff quickly see what they need and interact with the equipment without unnecessary movement.
The freezer models can save an estimated £236 per year in energy, while fridge models can save an estimated £57 per year, compared to some other more typical models in the market with a worse energy grade, helping operators manage the ongoing cost of running their equipment, says the company.
The new range uses stainless steel throughout as standard.
