Turnover at the steakhouse group rose by 9.4% to £109.8m, up from £100.4m the previous year, accounts filed for the year ended 31 December 2025 show.
This was driven by full-year sales from its Chicago restaurant as well as the opening of a restaurant in St Pancras, it says.
Adjusted underlying EBITDA also increased, up 13% from £9.9m to £11.2m, while operating profit rose to £5.4m from £1.4m a year earlier.
By the year end Hawksmoor operated 15 restaurants globally - 11 in the UK, three in the US and one in Ireland, up from 14 sites the previous year.
The steakhouse group says the cost of living crisis has impacted on consumer confidence and that the trading environment remained challenging. It says it has been hit effected particularly by energy and food price increases
It adds that it continues to explore opportunities for expansion in both the UK and US markets, as well as other international territories.
