The event opens at Earls Court 2 on Monday 10 October where alongside exhibitors, visitors will be able to see top chefs demonstrate, industry experts give advice at the Business Bootcamp and more.
For visitors seeking innovative new products and interesting ingredients, the show promises the lot - from the latest booking systems to new interior and tableware designs to gluten-free beers and new cheeses.
Products set to launch at the show include Coldpress, a range of fruit juices with a five month shelf life made using High Pressure Processing, Nespresso's new Aguila coffee machine, LED Sign Writing Boards and Villeroy and Boch's latest tableware collection Modern Grace.
Soft cheese brand Philadelphia will also launch its second national competition for young chefs, which aims to reward the innovation and creativity of talented trainee chefs in full time education aged between 17 and 23, at the show.
