More venues sign up to Southwark's Elephant Park development
Sourdough pizza brand Four Hundred Rabbits and Livelyhood Pubs are to join the line up at Elephant Park in Southwark.

Lendlease has signed up the two operators, in addition to Latin American grocery and café DistriAndina, to open within the development at Elephant & Castle.

The 1,790sq ft venue is Four Hundred Rabbits’ fifth location and serves the brand’s sourdough pizzas alongside monthly specials, craft beer, and anew range of ‘hutch-made’ gelato and sorbet.

“We are a proud South London brand and we already feel like part of the community here. It’s our biggest site yet, and it’s been a huge adventure,” says Duncan Edwards, Four Hundred Rabbits co-founder.

We’re excited to introduce what we do and what we’re about to a whole new area, and it’s been great watching Elephant Park continuing to grow around us.”

The new Livelyhood Pubs venue will be called The Rosy Hue and will be pub group’s eighth site. The 3,100sq ft space will feature a large bar and dining space, as well as a dedicated sports area with large screens, and a heated 54-cover outdoor terrace when it opens within Elephant Park early next year.

“Signing Livelyhood, Four Hundred Rabbits, and DistriAndina bolsters the offer to our local community, and highlights our commitment to building a diverse and balanced array of operators within Elephant Park,” says Guy Thomas, head of place assets at Lendlease.

“Each of these brands have roots in South London and will bring something unique to Elephant Park.”
