Salad concept Kaleido Rolls will open a flagship restaurant on Soho’s Kingly Street next week.

The site will feature the brand’s first on-site rolling station for visitors to see the making of the rice paper salad rolls that the brand says have taken London by storm.

Close to Carnaby Street, the site is close to where the brand first launched in 2017 as a 100sq ft kiosk.

The 270sq ft space will have tables inside and outside with the rolling station visible though larger windows. The menu will consist of 10 flavour combinations, all which are wrapped in Kaleido Rolls free-from-gluten rice paper.

With half of the menu being vegan or veggie, the full menu includes flavours in: parma ham and melon; maple salmon and edamame; prawn and crispy onion; chicken Caesar; tuna and pickle mix; feta and pesto; falafel; roasted aubergine; veggies and peanut sauce; and sweet potato and tahini.

Customers are also able to choose between four freshly made dip flavours to accompany their rolls: peanut, tahini, sweet chilli and lemon. Made fresh from scratch using natural ingredients, the rolls are low in calories, ranging from between 100 kcal and 194 kcal per roll.

Kaleido Rolls currently has locations in Harrods, St Pancras, Canary Wharf and St Paul’s in London as well as a newly opened site in Amsterdam.

“Opening the doors and upsizing to a brand new permanent location where it all started is an absolute dream come true and to have it join the Kingly Court collective makes this milestone even more special,” says founder Laura Mimoun.

“We are looking forward to welcoming our existing customers and new friends to experience our rolls that are healthy like a salad, convenient like a sandwich and playful like sushi – the unexpected yet perfect way to enjoy your daily greens.”
