The pair will be part of a rotating roster of top chefs that will help set ‘a new benchmark for Premier League dining’.
Set to launch ahead of the 2026 football season, The Gourmet restaurant will offer the club’s supporters ‘world-class gastronomic delights, with rotating chef stations and cuisine themes that reflect the expertise and flair of the top-tier team’.
The new stand is part of the wider development of the West London football club.
The development also includes Brasserie Constance from chef Adam Byatt, a range of casual places to eat including Goila Butter Chicken; Base Face Pizza; and Tinie Tempah’s Raps, and a private members’ club with a menu overseen by Philly Armitage-Martin.
“When it comes to food, I’ve always aimed for the top, so joining Fulham, a club that strives for excellence both on and off the pitch, feels like a perfect match,” says Dilling, who runs the two-Michelin-starred Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal.
“Fulham is putting something truly special on the table, both in the Premier League and in the kitchen, and I’m excited to be part of a team that’s as ambitious about their food as they are their football.”
Marlow, who oversees restaurants including the Michelin-starred Aulis restaurants in London and Phuket, Roganic Hong Kong, and the two Michelin-starred Ion Harbour in Malta - added: “As a lifelong Fulham fan, it’s an absolute honour to become part of this incredible family football club.
“I’m excited to contribute to enhancing the match-day experience for fans, and I’m committed to achieving just as much success off the pitch as the team delivers on it. I look forward to sharing my passion for great food and hospitality with the Fulham community.”
