Modern Asian restaurant brand HUŎ is set to open its second London site this July.

Following the success of its Chelsea flagship on Park Walk and sister sites ULI in Notting Hill and Marylebone, HUŎ’s latest restaurant will continue owners Graham Rebak and Adam Wilkie expansion across the capital.

Head chef Yam Gurung has developed a menu that draws inspiration from across the region, with dishes rooted in traditional Chinese, Thai, Malaysian and Singaporean recipes. Menu highlights will include Thai lobster crackers; handmade dim sum; and soft-shell crab to start, followed by standout mains such as Thai sea bass fillet with chilli and lemongrass; triple cooked dover sole; and crispy shredded chilli beef.

Lighter options will include duck with watermelon and cashew nuts; and a miso aubergine, noodle and cucumber salad, with HUŎ’s signature toffee banana fritter providing a sweet finish.

The new restaurant will be divided into three distinct areas: a dedicated bar with high seating for eight, a main dining room with capacity for 86 covers, and a private dining room downstairs that seats 18 and includes its own bar. There will also be an outdoor terrace with space for 16 guests.

The interiors will feature a whitewashed wood lattice structure with coloured infill panels in earthy tones, lime-washed flooring, rattan lighting, and curved banquettes upholstered in vibrant fabrics.

HUŎ Belsize Village will also offer delivery within a one-mile radius.

The original HUŎ opened in Chelsea in 2021.
