Simple Health Kitchen chooses Fitzrovia for second London location

Healthy fast-casual operator Simple Health Kitchen has secured a second London location at 67 Whitfield Street, Fitzrovia, as part of Derwent London’s mixed-use 80 Charlotte Street scheme.

The ground-floor unit occupies a prominent corner position at the junction of Whitfield Street and Chitty Street and will operate as an eat-in, takeaway and delivery site, serving Simple Health Kitchen’s signature fresh, high-protein dishes, nutritional salads, and guilt-free snacks and desserts.

The letting brings Simple Health Kitchen’s London estate to two sites, joining its original location on Marylebone’s Baker Street, and was completed with One Voice Hospitality acting on behalf of the landlord.

Completed in 2020, 80 Charlotte Street comprises 326,000 sq ft of office space, 43,000 sq ft of residential accommodation, alongside retail units, a public park and Derwent London’s DL/78 members’ lounge.
