Lost Food comprises Lost Kitchen, Lost Tacos and Lost Deli. A fourth concept will launch later this year, Lost Market, offering Lost-branded products to take away.
The new outlets have been created by newly appointed head of food and beverage Jason Wright (pictured above).
“We are incredibly excited to launch a brand new in-house food and drink concept, with something for everyone,” he says.
“Lost Food is the culinary heartbeat of Lost Shore. The food brings bold, fresh flavours and simple cooking to the shores of the world class wave pool. With lots of exciting events and collaborations planned in the New Year, we can’t wait to share Lost Food with you all.”
Lost Food serves breakfast, and an all-day menu. Lost Deli serves home-made salads and freshly baked focaccia sandwiches while Lost Taco has “more of a focus on fun and fresh flavours”.
In spring, Lost Kitchen will launch an evening menu which will run alongside Lost Taco until late.
10 minutes’ drive from Edinburgh Airport, Lost Shore is home to Europe’s largest wave pool.
Set within extensive grounds with access to woodland and canal-side walks, the venture also has 53 luxury chalets and pods.
