Cinnamood, the fast-growing European bakery franchise specialising in cinnamon rolls, will make its UK debut later this year.

The Germany-founded business has secured a multi-site franchise partner for the UK, with the first location set to open in London’s Camden Town in Q2, followed by a second site, in Westfield London.

Cinnamood has appointed Seeds Consulting to lead its franchise expansion across the UK and France and is targeting major metropolitan areas including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Paris, Lyon and Marseille, with opportunities available for both single-unit and multi-unit development agreements.

Founded in Cologne in 2022, Cinnamood has already opened 56 locations in 12 countries. Recent launches include Barcelona and Dublin.

Seeds Consulting will be responsible for identifying and securing high-quality franchise partners across both markets, with a focus on experienced multi-unit operators and regional developers capable of delivering structured, long-term growth.

“Partnering with Seeds Consulting marks an important milestone in our international journey,” says Santiago Hernández Acevedo, chief business officer at Cinnamood. “The UK and France are strategically significant markets for us, and we believe Seeds’ expertise in franchise development and market entry will help us find the right partners to build a strong and sustainable presence.”

Matteo Frigeri founder and owner at Seeds Consulting, added: “Cinnamood is a standout brand with a clear point of difference in the bakery and sweet treat segment. Beyond its product quality and strong visual appeal, what truly sets the concept apart is the strength of its unit economics. Experienced operators will immediately recognise the appeal of its average unit volumes, attractive EBITDA conversion and lean operating model.

We are excited to support the brand’s expansion into the UK and France and to connect them with experienced franchise partners who can unlock its full potential in these markets.”
