Created by UK-based 13th Street Hospitality – which brought New York-founded all-day dining concept Sunday in Brooklyn to London in 2021 – the dual-concept site will combine a traditional Irish pub with a more formal dining space.
The Horsemen, located at the front, will operate as a freehouse serving draught Guinness, Irish whiskies, and bourbons, alongside live horse racing screenings and a focus on casual, pub-style drinking.
At the rear, Fitzgerald’s will offer a more formal dining experience for up to 45 guests, featuring a ‘Kentucky-to-Dublin’ grill menu created by executive chef Esteve Prats Grau.
Signature dishes will include sharing-style Kentucky fried chicken, lamb shank pie, and a selection of Irish beef steaks, alongside turbot cassoulet with espelette sauce, bourbon chocolate truffles, and Kentucky Derby Pie.
A set lunch menu will feature dishes such as grilled bavette and chicken Milanese, while breakfast options will include American waffles with chocolate praline and a full Irish breakfast with black treacle bacon, fried eggs, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, black pudding, hash browns, and farls.
The venue has been designed by Dougal Studio and Atelier Ochre, with interiors inspired by jockey club heritage, Irish references, and Kentucky’s prohibition-era bars.
The Horsemen will open on 7 April, followed by Fitzgerald’s on 13 April.
