Led by US-based Victorem Hospitality Group in co-management with San Carlo Group, the Hallandale Beach restaurant will “bring an authentic taste of Italian culinary excellence to South Florida’s dynamic, ever-evolving and internationally inspired dining scene”.
San Carlo Group first outlined plans for US expansion in 2023, with the Signor Sassi Miami project confirmed a year later.
Founded in Knightsbridge in 1984 and acquired by San Carlo Group founder Carlo Distefano in 2007, Signor Sassi has already expanded internationally, with sites in Dubai, Doha and Egypt.

San Carlo Group operates 28 restaurants in the UK and 15 overseas.
Victorem Hospitality Group, owned by a group of local investors and led by Daniel Alberto Rodriguez was founded in 2022 with a vision to represent and develop premium brands while also creating its own concepts and experiences.
