Located close to St James’s Park and Parliament Square, the 3,600 sq ft will seat 60 guests, making it the brand’s largest site to date in terms of covers.
Interiors have been designed by Day Trip Studio and will feature bespoke wall lights as well as a serving counter with recycled plastic panels.
The space will also include outdoor seating as well as a large window into the kitchen.
The announcement coincides with the launch of a new smoothies and shakes range set to roll out this month.
It will comprise three smoothies and three shakes, including banana nut, cacao power, blueberry fuel, green glow, berry boost and club tropic, with the shakes able to incorporate added protein.
The brand describes the upcoming drinks range as a part of Atis’ ‘wider ambition to continually evolve the customer experience through thoughtful menu innovation.’
In line with the launch, the new smoothies and shakes range will be available at St James along with a new spring menu.
Founded in 2019 by Eleanor Warder and Phil Honer, Atis currently has 16 sites across London, including Notting Hill, Canary Wharf and Covent Garden.
