Popeyes is doubling down on its early morning offer, rolling out an expanded breakfast menu across all UK sites and extending serving times to 10:30am.

The move follows a successful trial of what was then called the Rise & Shine! menu in 2023, as the New Orleans-inspired fried chicken brand looks to build further momentum in the UK market.

The new breakfast range features around 20 items, centred on its signature chicken breakfast patties, alongside options such as the Big Cajun Roll, Cajun Hash Brown and egg and Cheese Muffin.

Prices start at £1.50, with most breakfast burgers and wraps priced at around £5, positioning the offer competitively within the quick-service breakfast market.

The breakfast menu will be available across all Popeyes restaurants from next week, including drive-thrus, delivery and via the brand’s app.

“As mornings get brighter and everyone starts shaking off the winter slump, we wanted to bring a bit of that famous New Orleans sunshine to the start of the day,” says David Hoskins, head of food at Popeyes UK.

“Rolling out the Big Cajun menu across the UK felt like the perfect way to turn ordinary mornings into something worth getting up for.”

To support the launch, Popeyes will give away one million free breakfasts between 14 and 20 April.
