London bakery and restaurant Jolene will open a new site on Bridle Lane in Soho later this month.

Open seven days a week, Jolene Bridle Lane will be located within the flagship store of Aries, a luxury streetwear brand, which comprises 4,000 square feet over two floors.

It will serve freshly ground coffee, sandwiches, pastries and sweet treats throughout the day.

Coffee will be made using beans from Square Mile, alongside a rotating selection of independent guest roasters from across the UK, with hot drinks available from 8am each morning.

The food offering will include Jolene’s signature pastries made with regenerative flour, such as rhubarb, frangipane and almond Danishes; jalapeño and cream cheese buns; and flaky pains aux raisins.

Also available will be a daily-changing selection of sandwiches with fillings including bacon and leek tortilla with garlicky aioli and rocket; braised fennel with goat’s cheese, pickled onions, dill and an orange dressing; or herbed egg mayo, leeks, capers, chives and cornichons.

Sweet treats on offer throughout the day will feature the oaty Kingston biscuits sandwiched with milk chocolate ganache; glazed ring doughnuts; and slices of St Clements poppyseed drizzle loaf.

The site will also stock Jolene’s House Goods, including ceramics, fabrics, garments, records and accessories, as well as collaborative pieces created with Aries to mark the opening.

Founded in 2018 by Jeremie Cometto-Lingenheim and David Gingell, Jolene operates locations in Newington Green, Colebrooke Row, Redchurch Street and Hornsey Road.
