Located just off Carnaby Street on Ganton Street, Ice Cream Union Soho joins the brand’s original site in Chelsea that launched in 2019.
The new venture will serve a rotating menu including core flavours such as banana split and dulce de leche, alongside seasonal sorbets and new product developments.
Founded 20 years ago by Alex Fubini, the Ice Cream Union has built its reputation as a high-end wholesale supplier for restaurants, pubs, hotels, cinemas and theatres.
The business produces its own purées, juices, ferments, and nut pastes in-house at its Bermondsey kitchen, designing its own machinery and using new technology.
Ice Cream Union works with chefs across London and the UK, including Andrew Wong and Sally Clarke, as well as neighbourhood spots such as Lina Stores and La Fromagerie.
The new parlour will follow a minimalist design approach, with a focus on the product, featuring a central white marble freezer and neutral interiors.
“We are excited to be bringing our delicious ice cream to guests in Soho,” says Alex Fubini, founder of Ice Cream Union.
“We want to create a space with a central island, thus breaking the boundary between server and customer.”
