Called Us @ Fort Road Hotel, the collaboration will run throughout the summer from the hotel’s dining room overlooking the North Kent town’s beach and the Turner Contemporary art gallery.
The menu will focus on modern bistro-style dishes using seasonal ingredients. Options will include oysters; bavette steak with café de Paris butter, Koffmann fries; and Caesar salad.
The drinks list will be focused on wine, but there will also be cocktails including a sour cherry negroni.
Pomus was founded by Ryan Jacovides in 2024. His previous roles include group managing director at the Jamie Oliver Group and founding partner at the Pasture restaurant group.
The business - which combines a neighbourhood restaurant, wine bar and bottle shop offer - has since expanded to Folkestone.
Launched in 2022, Fort Road Hotel is located in a former 1820s boarding house close to Margate Old Town and Turner Contemporary. The 14-bedroom boutique hotel features interiors influenced by mid-century and contemporary design, with several rooms overlooking the beach.
The hotel also houses a collection of contemporary artwork, including pieces by Margate artist Tracey Emin and co-owner Tom Gidley. Additional facilities include a basement bar and rooftop terrace overlooking the seafront.
