Rosa’s Thai has reported a rise in annual sales that push it past the £50m mark.

The Thai restaurant group saw sales increase by 7.3% to £51.4m for the year to 30 March 2025, with adjusted EBITDA of £4.3m.

It says the performance reflected strong guest demand, operational discipline, and measured expansion, which saw it open six restaurants in the year to 30 March.

The group has also agreed a debt finance deal with its new banking partner, OakNorth. It says a new £10.75m debt facility will support the ‘ongoing and selective’ expansion of the business, which operates 47 restaurants across the UK.

“Against the backdrop of a challenging environment for the restaurant market, we are incredibly proud of the progress the business has made, in this financial year and the intervening period since,” says Rosa’s Thai CEO Sarah Hills.

“Our teams have continued to welcome guests with the warm, inviting experiences that Rosa’s is known for, while delivering strong sales growth and expanding our footprint across the UK and internationally. Extending our presence in the UAE reflects the strength of our brand and the dedication of our people.

“I would like to thank all our brilliant teams across the businesses – their passion, hard work and commitment to our values are what brings our hospitality to life every day, making our continued success and industry-leading guest scores possible.”
