The kitchen will be overseen by Tom Anglesea as executive chef - who already oversees Sellers’ Dovetale restaurant in Mayfair - supported by former Scarlet Hotel chef Jack Clayton and former Ynyshir and Gwen chef Corrin Harrison.
The front of house team will be led by Katie Russell as general manager, who held senior roles at Evelyn’s Table and Elystan Street.
Together the team will deliver a “visionary approach and Sellers’ signature storytelling at MOR, working with world-class produce to create an unforgettable dining experience at the point where land and sea meet”.
Revealed earlier this year, MOR is taking over the space previously occupied by Adam Handling’s Ugly Butterfly restaurant, which relocated to Newquay last year.
The restaurant takes its name from the Cornish word for ‘sea’ and will be “dedicated to the rhythm and seasons of Cornwall”.
MOR will bring Sellers HiStory Hospitality group up to a total of five venues, joining his two-Michelin starred flagship Story, Story Cellar, Dovetale and Gwyn’s Bakery.
MOR officially launches on 20 July.
