The New-York-inspired restaurant brand Dirty Bones has announced it will open at Boxpark Croydon this June, as it celebrates its 15th anniversary year.

According to the brand the opening marks the first of several developments planned for the business year.

The new site is set to feature the chains signature menu including loaded fries, corn ribs and chicken wings, alongside chicken over rice and chicken over caesar dishes - inspired by New York bodegas - the Chopped Cheese Hero and freshly cooked rotisserie chicken.

Founded in 2014 in Kensington, Dirty Bones currently has locations in Soho and Oxford following the closure of its Carnaby site last month after a pre-pack administration deal in 2023 that saw half of the brand’s sites, including the Carnaby location along with its restaurants in Soho and Oxford, acquired by DB Opco.

Prior to the start of the administration process, Dirty Bones closed its other three sites, which comprised restaurants in Shoreditch and Kensington and a Dirty Vegan-branded concession stand at The Balcony in Westfield London.

The Boxpark Croydon opening follows the launch of its Bottomless Wings and Brunch concept, as well as an expanded gluten-free offering.

Earlier this year the food hall operator Boxpark revealed it has secured its first multi-year partnership with The Jockey Club that will see it return to the Grand National at Aintree Racecourse for this year.
