Revealed at the hospitality technology company’s annual product summit Edge London, Locations Manager allows operators to view and manage all of their sites from a single dashboard.
In its first iteration, the feature enables businesses to share items, create menus and sync them across venues – a process the technology company says previously could take hours.
Locations Manager is available now in beta for select customers, with wider availability planned later this month.
Future updates will introduce additional capabilities, including managing user permissions, viewing invoices across an entire business and enhanced unified reporting.
“In today’s challenging business environment, time is money for the hospitality industry,” says Liam Crooks, managing director of EMEA Hospitality at Lightspeed.
“Locations Manager has been designed to take away the hassle of manual menu updates for multi-site operators, helping them save time and reduce errors. For diners, it provides consistency across locations with the aim of building stronger connections between multi-location restaurants and their regulars.”
