The operator of cafés, delis and restaurants across travel hubs and cultural attractions reported a turnover of £145.7m, up from £134.7m in 2024, for the 53-week period ended 31 December 2025.
Gross profit rose to £54.1m from £48.5m, while operating profit increased to £12.5m from £10.7m. Net assets grew from £44.2m to £53.5m, and cash and cash equivalents stood at £6.1m.
In the report Benugo said it worked with clients during the year to manage changes to employers’ National Insurance contributions and wage inflation as well as the continued pressure of the cost of living.
The company also stated it had conducted thorough reviews of tariffs across the business to ensure fair pricing and maintain value for customers.
During the year, the company also secured the contract to operate at Buckingham Palace and invested in additional training to improve productivity.
The company said in its report: “2025 was another strong year for the business, achieving the highest turnover in our 27-year history. Strong sustainable turnover growth was built on the foundations laid in the previous years.”
Looking ahead, Benugo said it expected further growth in 2026 through the expansion of its station catering business, growth across historic royal residences and the continued development of its hospitality partnership with John Lewis.
Benugo’s portfolio includes the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, British Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, London Zoo and the British Film Institute, as well as workplace and high street locations.
