The refreshed concept marks the next phase for the restaurant, which has operated at the luxury hotel since 2018. The redesigned dining room will reopen alongside a ‘vibrant’ new bar, offering guests an updated experience while retaining Kerridge’s signature British cooking and hospitality.
Ahead of the relaunch, the restaurant will temporarily close on Sunday 2 August 2026 to allow for the refurbishment.
The new-look restaurant and bar are expected to welcome guests from early September, with further details on the reopening to be announced soon.
Kerridge is best known for his The Hand & Flowers in Marlow, which he opened with his wife Beth, in 2005. The pub became the first – and remains the only – pub in the world to hold two Michelin stars. He has since expanded his restaurant portfolio with The Coach, The Butcher’s Tap & Grill and Kerridge’s Bar & Grill at Corinthia London.
Recently, Kerridge set up the VATsTheProblem campaign, which calls for VAT reform for the hospitality industry.
