Gaucho Manchester will relaunch its Deansgate restaurant this August following a major refurbishment, introducing a dedicated martini bar in collaboration with Belvedere Organic Vodka.

The new 47-seat bar, designed to be a destination in its own right, will become a central feature of the transformed venue, offering an exclusive collection of Belvedere Martinis alongside live entertainment and DJ sets and marks more than 25 years of Gaucho Manchester at its landmark Deansgate location,

The cocktail menu features a mix of classic serves and contemporary creations. Alongside the classic martini, served to guests’ preference, and the espresso martini, the menu includes the Manchester-exclusive Nectar & Neon Martini made with Belvedere Organic Vodka and honey as well as the Skinny Bee Spritz with elderflower and Chandon; and the Belvedere 10 Luxury Martini made with Belvedere 10 Rare Vodka, Vault Coastal Dry Vermouth and presented ice-cold with a 10g spoon of caviar.

Guests looking to sample the menu can also order selected cocktails as ‘Tiny Tinis’, with miniature versions of the Classic Martini and Nectar & Neon Martini available alongside the main serves.

Housed within a distinctive former 19th-century church, the redesigned bar features marble, timber and atmospheric lighting in the redesigned bar area.
