The new breakfast menu is available from 10am, seven days a week, with the group’s signature breakfast ramen joined by three other dishes.
The breakfast ramen is Bone Daddies’ take on a full English breakfast. It features 20-hour Bone Daddies pork bone broth, Cumberland sausage mince, Bloody Mary tomato, hash brown balls, spring onion and beansprouts, with HP tonkatsu sauce and noodles.
The menu also includes buldak tator tots, made with hash brown potato tots, Bone Daddies spice mix, red chilli pickle, spring onion and buldak mayo; the Japanese fried oyster mushroom bao with deep-fried oyster mushroom, carrot pickle, red chilli, spring onion and sweet spicy mayo; and kinako French toast with matcha ice-cream soft serve.
Bone Daddies said the breakfast concept reflects the place of ramen in Japanese food culture, where the dish can be eaten at different times of day rather than being limited to an evening meal.
The breakfast offering is available at all eight Bone Daddies ramen bars now: Soho, Old Compton Street, Leicester Square, Bond Street, Old Street, Bermondsey, Kensington and Victoria.
