The refresh includes the return of Cafédirect’s bronze logo, with advances in packaging materials allowing the brand to reinstate the feature while retaining recyclable packaging.
The portfolio comprises House Espresso, a 1kg blend designed for bean-to-cup machines; House Blend Filter Coffee, available in 60g and 180g sachets; a 100% Arabica Espresso Blend for traditional espresso machines; and Single Origin Colombian Filter Coffee, aimed at operators seeking a more premium brewed coffee offer.
Cafédirect says the overhaul reflects changes in the out-of-home coffee market, with consumers increasingly expecting quality coffee with strong provenance across a wider range of venues, including workplaces, universities, bars and transport hubs.
The Fairtrade coffee brand, which is also a certified B Corp and Social Enterprise, says it has spent more than 30 years championing responsible coffee sourcing and says the refresh is intended to make its ethical credentials clearer to customers.
“The out-of-home coffee market has evolved enormously over the last decade. Today, customers expect exceptional coffee wherever they are,” says Eleanor Morris, out-of-home trade marketing manager at Cafédirect.
“For operators, that means finding a coffee that’s not only consistently delicious, but one they can feel proud to serve. Our refreshed range makes that easier, combining outstanding taste with coffee sourced through long-term partnerships with the farmers who grow it.”
