Fulham Football Club has partnered with chef Adam Byatt to launch fine-dining offer ‘Constance on Matchdays’.

Kicking off for the 2026/27 football season, the partnership will bring the experience of Byatt’s Brasserie Constance, which is part of Fulham FC’s newly built Fulham Pier development, to matchdays at the Premier League football ground.

Menus and the wider matchday dining experience will be overseen by Byatt in his role as culinary director of Constance, alongside head chef Charlie Crote and general manager Gavin Ross with a focus on ‘refined, seasonal, produce-led cooking’.

The launch also introduces ‘Adam & Friends’ - a programme designed as an evolution of the guest chef model that will showcase emerging culinary talent rather than relying on short-term appearances by visiting names.

“Everything we’ve built at Constance comes from the same place - refined, seasonal cooking, delivered with consistency and care by a team that is here, day in and day out,” says Byatt.

“Constance on Matchdays is a genuine extension of that. It’s the same kitchen, the same front-of-house, the same standards - translated for a matchday audience. That is what gives it integrity and authenticity, and that is what makes it different to anything else in the game.”

Glen Sutton, director of Fulham Pier, adds: “Constance on Matchdays is a genuine shift in how premium experiences are designed and delivered in elite live sport. Matchday dining has too often relied on guest chef appearances or licensed concepts where the name turns up but the expected experience rarely follows.

“Because we operate Constance year-round, we can do something no other venue can: deliver the same standards, the same teams and the same restaurant on a matchday as on any other day.”
