Three Uncles to open in King’s Cross

Cantonese roast meat specialist Three Uncles is opening its seventh location with a site in King’s Cross due to launch.

Opening on York Way, the new restaurant will join the group’s existing sites in Brixton, Brent Cross, Camden, Ealing, Liverpool Street and St Pauls.

Three Uncles was founded by childhood friends and chefs Cheong Yew (Uncle Lim), Pui Sing Tsang (Uncle Sidney) and Mo Kwok (Uncle Mo) in 2019 with a siu mei kiosk near Liverpool Street station.

The brand specialises in homemade chopped-to-order Cantonese roast duck, crispy pork belly (siu yuk) and char siu pork served with pak choi and steamed Jasmine rice.
