The fried chicken brand launched Popeyes Rewards on 2 September, and says it achieved more than 78,000 sign-ups in its first five days, ahead of its launch targets.
As part of the programme, members earn 100 points for every £1 spent on eligible purchases, which can be redeemed against menu items. Points can be earned when ordering through the Popeyes app and website, as well as at restaurant counters and self-service kiosks.
To encourage early registration, Popeyes is offering customers who join during the first six weeks of the programme 2,000 points, which can be redeemed for a Chicken Cruncher.
Popeyes says its has issued almost 400 million points since the loyalty programme’s launch, and more than 72,000 members have already claimed a reward.
