Atis is expanding its offer with the launch of a range of wraps from next month.

The brand, which is known for its salad bowls and one of the key players in London’s burgeoning healthy QSR sector, has created a four-strong range of wraps that will be available from 6 October.

The fillings reimagine some of Atis’ most popular salad options, with the wraps available in Blackened Chicken Caesar; Lemon Herb Chicken Avo; Tahini Sweet Potato Avo; and Chicken Satay Crunch options.

Also new for next month will be pitta chips and dip, with a cottage cheese ranch dip, that will be available as an add-on with a wrap or on their own.

“Wraps have been a long time coming at Atis. We have been working on this category for over a year because we didn’t want to simply add wraps to the menu and have them get lost in everything else that we do,” says Eleanor Warder, co-founder of Atis.

“In the end, we decided to develop our own bespoke tortilla specifically for Atis, going through hundreds - and hundreds - of iterations to get the texture, size, flavour and stretch exactly right. For us, the wrap itself is just as important as what goes inside it and that level of detail has gone into the whole experience.”

The launch of the new range follows the introduction of a range of smoothies and shakes, as well as its first breakfast range, earlier this year, and has been designed to offer a more portable option for customers looking for something to eat on the go.

Atis will open its 18th London site at The Whiteley in Bayswater in November. Set within the former department store’s Grade II listed heritage façade, the 3,539sq ft space will be split across two floors site with inside and outside seating.
