The diner is located in the departures lounge and is designed to cater to passengers throughout the day, offering breakfast and all-day menus.
Breakfast is served until 11am and includes waffles, French toast bites, chicken and waffles, savoury breakfast dishes and a range of American-style bagels. The all-day menu features smash burgers, wings, hot dogs, mac & cheese and a BBQ platter. A dedicated children’s menu offers dishes including waffles, beans on toast and scrambled eggs for breakfast, alongside burgers, chicken tenders and mac & cheese later in the day.
Drinks include soft drinks, milkshakes, cocktails and ‘hardshakes’.

Monty’s is the latest food and beverage opening at Leeds Bradford Airport for SSP UK & Ireland, which also operates the Tap + Brew Craft Beer Bar and Kitchen at the airport.
The opening forms part of the airport’s ongoing terminal refurbishment. A new central search area is due to open next month, while the wider redevelopment has increased terminal seating capacity by 83% and introduced new retail and dining outlets.
Monty’s will open daily from the first flight until the last flight.
